WHY HIRE ME?

I'm a driven self-starter and I work well independently. I'm relentless in finding the answers I need on my own, but you can expect me to ask questions when I've exhausted my own resources.
I also love working as part of a team. There is nothing more satisfying than creating something greater than the sum of its parts.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to build rapport, trust, and friendships with clients, stakeholders, SMEs, and learners. I listen, I contribute, and I ask questions. I am as comfortable addressing the CEO as I am asking for feedback from a frontline learner. I'm pleased when I can help and support my team members. I welcome others' ideas and give credit where it's due.

GETTING RESULTS

I have a bias towards action, and I'm results-oriented.
I've had some tough bosses over the years, and they taught me excuses are worthless. I'm always aware of deadlines, and I meet them. When I commit, I deliver. If there are roadblocks impeding progress or completion, I'll make sure that you know about it well in advance so that we can work together to remove them.

COMMUNICATION
​
I have honed my written and verbal skills through years of practice and experience. I'm a go-to editor and proofreader, but I always welcome feedback on my own communication. There's always something new to learn!

I also know the value of constructive conflict, and that when it's handled properly it can lead to stronger relationships and can even stimulate creativity. I'm honest but tactful when I'm asked to give feedback. It's gratifying when I can help others grow and develop.
